Meagan Hulet | Director of Spirit & Traditions
Meagan Hulet leads the Baylor Spirit Program and oversees Baylor Dance Camps. Before joining Baylor, she served as the UCA and UDA College Program Director with Varsity Spirit, where she developed camp curriculum and worked with collegiate athletes and coaches across the country. Her years of experience in collegiate spirit programs help create a camp environment focused on skill development, organization, and a positive experience for every dancer.
Annie Carrell | Assistant Director of Spirit & Traditions
Annie Carrell works directly with the Baylor Song leaders and plays a key role in camp instruction. A former member of the University of Oklahoma Pom Squad, she earned the OU Sooner M.A.G.I.C. Values Award and was recognized as an OU Spirit Scholar. Before joining Baylor, Annie coached at Norman High School and worked with Crowd Pleasers Dance, teaching camps, choreographing routines, and mentoring dancers throughout Texas. Throughout camp, Annie creates a positive learning environment where dancers receive individualized instruction, refine their technique, strengthen their performance quality, and gain the confidence to take the next step in their dance journey.
Oliver Silva | Assistant Director of Spirit & Traditions
Oliver Silva supports the Baylor Spirit Program by helping oversee daily operations and student athlete experiences. During Baylor Dance Camps, he helps create an organized, welcoming environment that allows campers to focus on learning, improving, and enjoying their experience.
Jesse Hulet | Spirit & Traditions Coordinator
Jesse Hulet helps coordinate the day to day operations that keep Baylor Dance Camps running smoothly. His support behind the scenes allows the Baylor dance coaches to focus on providing quality instruction while ensuring every camper has a positive experience.
